Four Universal Sufferings

 They are Birth, Ageing, Sickness and Death.

In Buddhism, being born human means having to undergo the four universal sufferings of birth, ageing, sickness and death. There is no escaping from these sufferings. However, they are merely illusions in our lives that distracts us from true happiness.
